The Arabica beans are slowly roasted in a roasting drum until they reach a medium roast.

They are then completely cooled before being packaged, guaranteeing a unique taste experience.

The crema is velvety and light brown in colour. The notes of honey and chocolate, combined with a low acidity, make this espresso a pleasure in all circumstances.
