Maria Sole coffee is wood-fired roasted, following a traditional roasting process. Gently and artisanally, just as it was done more than 100 years ago. The long roasting time, from 15 to 25 minutes, gives it a unique smoothness and creaminess. Centuries of wisdom, sophisticated craftsmanship, and a careful selection of Arabica beans, with a small percentage of Robusta, make this coffee perfectly balanced.
