The blend ratio of Risveglio combines balance with impressive intensity. The blend consists of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta beans of the highest quality. They come from Brazil, India, Colombia, El Salvador, Uganda, and the Congo and develop inimitable aromas due to the unique environmental conditions.
Risveglio is dark roasted in the typical Neapolitan style, which results in a very low content of unpleasant acids and bitter substances. The particularly gentle, slow drum roasting ensures that the beans develop the best possible aroma.
The foreground features notes of intense chocolate and caramel, complemented by subtle hazelnut nuances and a hint of fresh blackberry. The chocolatey, nutty complexity harmonizes perfectly with the fruity freshness of the blackberry and the sweet caramel components. A perfectly balanced flavor profile – every sip is a delight!
