The Amabile blend was originally intended only for professionals and sold in 3 kg bags. It is now also available for private use in 1 kg bags.

The name AMABILE refers to the refined sweetness of this coffee.

No fewer than 8 different varieties of coffee give this typical southern Italian blend its distinctive flavour.

Here, the 35% Robusta beans are perfectly suited to the blend. A slightly smoky note can be detected.

The crema is exactly what you'd expect - thick and velvety, with a good consistency. The Arabica beans give it a fine, elegant flavour.
