A harmonious blend
With its balanced blend of 70% Arabica beans and 30% Robusta beans, Risveglio has a deep, powerful aroma, marked by a sweet, nutty complexity. Notes of caramel, roasted hazelnut and dark chocolate combine in an explosion of flavours that makes every sip a delight. A delicate hint of blackberry adds a fruity freshness that perfectly completes the Risveglio profile and gives it a special refinement.
Thanks to its higher Robusta content, Risveglio has a particularly dense, hazelnut-coloured crema that lingers long after the first sip. This powerful aroma and volume make it the perfect base for espresso, but also for milky drinks such as cappuccino or latte macchiato. Its thick crema also gives a creamy mouthfeel, ideal for Latte-Art.
