The BLU blend from traditional roaster Mokaflor combines the sweetness of Brazilian Arabicas with the intensity and structure of robustas from the Far East. This very strong blend is ideal for all types of preparation with milk. Cappuccino and latte macchiato become a delight thanks to Mokaflor BLU.

The roasting process is called "separation". This means that each type/variety of bean is roasted separately, taking into account its ideal roasting point. As with all our blends, roasting is carried out gently and slowly in a rotary drum roaster. The result is a blend with punch, low acidity and a slight sweetness.
