Roasted in the traditional long-term process, strictly separated by origin. The classic Italian espresso blend with 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta.

An experience with milk and pure espresso. An all-rounder for professionals but also for the private barista. Ideal in a sieve carrier, but also runs very well in a fully automatic machine.
