La Genovese was founded in 1936 by Dario Valle in a small warehouse in Albenga, Italy. For 30 years, this building remained the centre of development for a high quality roasting company. Today, La Genovese is still a family business operating in almost all European countries. Since 2008, the roaster has been a member of INEI - Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano. The institute has been protecting and promoting genuine Italian espresso since 1998.
The Anniversario blend is made from carefully selected top quality Arabica beans. The washed beans from Central America and West Africa, as well as the unwashed beans from Brazil, offer a wonderful taste experience. Light chocolate notes unfold on the palate, accompanied by aromas of exotic fruits and tropical flowers.
Low caffeine content: only 1.0 - 1.1%.

This blend has already been awarded 5 gold medals in international tastings by the Institute of Coffee Tasting. A true champion!
