Golden Brasil has been roasting top-quality Italian espresso since 1961. Over the years, they have built up a large coffee family. The Golden Exceslo is definitely one of their stronger blends. This is primarily due to the Robusta beans, which make up a full 80% of this mix. These beans are sourced from highland plantations in India, Congo, and Uganda.
Once in Italy, the individual coffee varieties are washed and roasted separately in a drum roaster. Only this process guarantees a perfect result for the final blend. This is due to the individual requirements of the coffee varieties. For example, a bean from Asia needs less time and heat to develop its optimal aroma than a bean from Africa.
The full body and rich crema of this blend are unbeatable. Notes of dark chocolate dominate this espresso, followed by delicate spices and subtle fruity nuances.
