Almaregårdens salted liquorice impresses with its particularly intense salted liquorice flavour. This sweet is made in Skåne (Sweden) according to a traditional recipe and is formulated without gelatine or superfluous additives. Only natural raw materials are used in its production, and its strong flavour comes from Iranian liquorice root, considered to be one of the best in the world.

Almaregårdens liquorice is produced in small batches to guarantee constant freshness. The Almaregården farm is located in the village of Kämpinge, in the province of Skåne in southern Sweden, and was built around 1850. Its name comes from its proximity to the sea: "Al mare" in Latin means "by the sea" and "gården" in Swedish means "farm".

Since 2005, the farm has had a shop, whose extensive delicatessen section includes this homemade liquorice.
