Udinese Caffè Cremoso

As the name Udinese suggests, this premium espresso comes from the small town of Udine in north-eastern Italy. It is a blend of the best green beans from Vietnam and Brazil. These are always roasted separately and gently to develop their full aroma. Once the right grind has been found, the Cremoso flows particularly thick and creamy into the cup. This is also what "Cremoso" (Italian for "creamy") stands for.
The crema of this blend is very dense, dark brown and with considerable opulence. Fine stripes form, which reflect the complex structure of this espresso. The aroma of the Cremoso is reminiscent of toasted bread, caramel and chestnut honey. Intense yet sweet nuances can be sensed.
