The newest family member of the southern Italian coffee roasting company Quarta Caffè are the espresso capsules. A noble mixture of Arabica and Robusta is found in a compostable capsule made entirely of plant fibers, starch, proteins, lipids and additives of natural origin. So you can easily dispose of the used capsules in the organic waste.
In terms of taste, the Nespresso*-compatible capsules score with Quarta's typical intense aromas and a voluminous body in the cup. Notes of dark chocolate and brown sugar are clearly the most dominant here. These can be tasted on the palate until the end. The southern Italian, strong roasting removes almost all unpleasant acids from the beans. As a result, the capsules have almost no bitter substances. A perfect espresso - full of aromas and without any annoying aftertaste. You have to try it.
