Top quality coffee. The Nannini family is well known in Italy and abroad thanks to the singer Gianna Nannini. Her brother, Alessandro Nannini, produces the highest quality coffee here. Only carefully selected Arabica beans and high quality Robusta beans are used. The beans are first roasted slowly and gently, depending on their variety, at temperatures of between 200 and 220°C. Only then are they blended together to form a balanced blend. Classica is strong and round, with a spicy, full-bodied flavour and notes of cocoa, dark chocolate and roasted nuts. The crema stands out: thick and golden in colour, it lingers on the palate.
Rating: Delicate coffee, perfect crema formation, low caffeine content.
