Exceptionally full-bodied and persistent, with a strong flavor and light citrus notes. A pleasant aftertaste of intense cocoa, amaretto, and toasted bread lingers on the palate, typical of Italian espresso.
The espresso in the cup has a golden, compact, even and lasting crema.

The family Nannini The name is also known outside of Italy through the singer Gianna Nannini. Her brother Alessandro Nannini, in turn, produces top-quality coffee with his gourmet roastery.

Only carefully selected Arabica coffees and high-quality Robusta beans are used. The beans are first roasted slowly and gently, one variety at a time, at temperatures between 200 and 220 degrees Celsius, before being blended into a balanced mix. The resulting Classica/Tradizione blend is well-rounded and robust, with a spicy and full flavor and hints of cocoa and dark chocolate.
