The Bocs - a fantastic 100% Arabica espresso blend that is second to none.

Franco Mondi, son of the founder and master roaster of Mondicaffè, has invested all his knowledge and years of experience into this brand new blend.

Mondi sources its green coffee directly from small coffee plantations. Six top-quality varieties blend here in perfect harmony. The result is a full-bodied, incredibly creamy coffee that presents itself with remarkable balance and richness. We were so impressed that we initially couldn't believe it was a 100% Arabica espresso. We had only ever experienced this level of depth and balance in blends containing Robusta.

The crema has a very velvety texture. The aftertaste is long and lingering. Sweet and delicate.

Roasting

Medium roast. Very uniform bean appearance with even browning. No broken beans. The Arabica beans are roasted slowly and gently, one variety at a time, at temperatures between 200 and 220 degrees Celsius before being blended into a balanced mix. This individual roasting process ensures optimal flavor.

It's no wonder, then, that Mondicaffè The Bocs is currently number 1 in our office. Excellent in both fully automatic coffee machines and portafilter machines.

Mondicaffè is CSC (Caffè Speciali Certificati) certified. The association was founded in Livorno in 1996, and Mondicaffè is even one of its founding members. The certification guarantees the high quality standards of the coffees. The testing criteria encompass all processes involved in producing premium coffee (harvesting, processing of the green coffee beans, transport, storage, and roasting). Thanks to ISO certification at every stage of production, customers can rely on a product of the highest quality.
