The Gran Crema Blend has an outstanding and substantial Character.

Perfectly pressed for an espresso according to the best Italian tradition. The GranCrema mixture is distinguished by a pronounced, powerful character. It elegantly combines the full body of coffee beans from Brazil and the Caribbean with the fine mildness of the coffees of Central America and the rich crema of selected robustas from India and Indonesia. The coffee is roasted in a so-called separation process, in which each bean type is fired taking into consideration its ideal roasting point. For this, Mokaflor uses a roasting machine with a rotary drum in which the coffee is heated slowly and gently.

As a result, the espresso coffee is tastefully spicy and full-bodied and is particularly digestible thanks to the gentle roasting.

Proportion of used coffee varieties: 60% Arabica, 40% Robusta beans
