Cappuccino cup - Meinl Trend

Beautifully designed, seen and used in a coffee shop in Italy and decided we wanted to have them at home.

Love the product , the quality and design are amazing, have bought a different cup for each of my different coffees.

I ordered a couple of things at the beginning of this month. 3 days later - the money had been taken from my account - I heard that the things were dispatched. 3 weeks later and I have still not heard or seen anything about my delivery. I phoned and was reassured that an investigation will be made and I should call back. When I called back (about 10 times), nobody picked up. I am very disappointed as I am now without Christmas present and have no clue as to WHEN or IF my things will ever arrive. *****
