The Mauro Espresso Premium is a premium coffee with excellent harmony, full taste and length. With this Premium, the southern Italian roaster Mauro also tries to meet the taste of the northern Italian coffee drinkers - and they have succeeded perfectly. Although this blend of first-class Arabica and Robusta coffee beans still has the typical character of a genuine southern Italian, it combines here with the balance and harmony that otherwise only northern Italian blends have to offer.

Coffee Mauro swears by the traditional slow roasting of the beans at low temperatures. Each bean is gently roasted for at least 15 minutes so that the special aroma of the blends can fully unfold.

Percentage of coffees used: 50% Arabica + 50% Robusta beans

Rating: medium strong coffee, perfect cream formation, medium caffeine content
