Arabicas from Brazil (Santos Cerrado Dulce - Natural) and India (Cherry - Natural) form the backbone with their full flavor.

The premium Robusta beans from India (Moonsooned - Natural), Cameroon (washed), and Congo (HTM - washed) ensure a fantastic, stable crema and a full body. So don't worry about too much Robusta.

The beans used in Gran Crema are medium-dark roasted. Thanks to its extremely low acidity, Gran Crema is perfect as an espresso in the morning or for a quick coffee break.
