Kenon Napoletano DOK is an espresso coffee that is second to none. It combines the typical Neapolitan intensity with an aroma profile that few other coffees offer.
This blend stands out even further from the Kenon Supermax Bar, because although both have the same mixing ratio, slightly finer varieties are used for the Napoletano DOK.
The beans are roasted together at 210-230 °C for 16 minutes and then cooled in the air. This preserves all the valuable aromatic oils.
Thanks to this dark roast, this coffee contains only about 1.5% caffeine. The aromas, however, tell a completely different story. The chocolatey and nutty nuances are particularly pronounced and linger on the palate for a long time, but are by no means bitter. The finish reveals notes of dried plum and honey.
We recommend enjoying this coffee as an intense, pure espresso with a little raw cane sugar. Napoletano DOK also makes an excellent cappuccino, transporting you to the coffee bars of Naples.
