A spectacular blend with a high proportion of Robusta beans!
The high Robusta content in Italy Bar gives the blend great intensity, power and aromas of hazelnut, cedar and dark chocolate. And of course... Italy Bar is incredibly creamy, just like a true Neapolitan espresso should be!
The beans of this blend are roasted for 16 minutes at 210-230°C to release their full aroma. Air cooling ensures that none of the aroma is lost.
This blend testifies to the perfection of the transformation process. Each variety is hand-picked and all the green beans are checked for quality.
