The high Robusta content in the Italy Bar provides plenty of power and aromas of hazelnut, cedar, and dark chocolate. And of course, the Italy Bar is incredibly creamy—just as a true Neapolitan espresso should be.
The beans in this blend are roasted for 16 minutes at 210 to 230°C to fully develop their aroma. Cooling in fresh air ensures that no flavor compounds are lost.
With this blend, you can taste the perfection that goes into it. Each variety is hand-picked, and all raw beans are checked for quality.
