Hausbrandt Academia is a very mild espresso which is very gentle despite its strong and full aroma.

For the Academia blend, only the best Arabica beans from Central and South America are used. The distinctive aroma and bouquet of Academia coffee is achieved through especially slow rotary drum roasting at low temperatures. Hausbrandt was awarded the gold medal of the Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani for this excellent espresso.

A coffee which is gentle to the stomach and low in acid but with a full, intense flavour, beautiful crema and a long-lasting, fruity aftertaste.
