Dark chocolate with pyramid salt
With raw cane sugar and real cocoa butter, without emulsifiers, especially smooth due to extra long conching.
It is the touch of hand-scooped pyramid salt that makes this fine tart creation an exceptional treat.
The delicate crystals counter the full-bodied dark chocolate with lightness of flavor. Its aromatic cocoa comes, among others, from smallholders of the CECAQ-11 cooperative from São Tomé. They were accompanied by GEPA on their way to organic cultivation and their own processing facilities.
In this way, their living conditions have improved sustainably.
