The sweet focaccia is an old Angelo Dogliani recipe. It's one of his specialities, made with fresh, natural yeast, dried grapes, candied fruit, figs, walnuts and pine nuts. A fruity, airy pastry that goes perfectly with a creamy cappuccino or a cup of coffee. You can really taste the artisanal quality.
