Kenon Caffè Crema Bar
Varieties:
- Arabica: Costa Rica, Guatemala, Salvador, Brazil
- Robusta: Ivory Coast, Uganda
This espresso from Caffè Kenon is a blend of select Arabica and Robusta beans. Gently yet intensely roasted with a rich, oily finish, it gives the Crema Bar a particularly full-bodied flavor and intensity. And the crema – thanks to the Robusta content, it's incredibly abundant and lingers in the cup. A true Neapolitan.
The typical southern Italian dark roast results in little acidity and caffeine, but all the more volume and flavor.
That's precisely why you can also use the Crema Bar very well as a base for cappuccino or latte macchiato.
