The Cortese Elios, with its blend ratio of 80/20, is the perfect bar blend: dense, strong, incredibly chocolaty - and yet refined. Thanks to the Neapolitan roast, there are no more acids left in this blend. Full-bodied with a hazelnut-brown crema - The perfect Espresso Napoletano, not bitter, no unpleasant acidity, simply stunning.
The Elios Bar is best prepared in a portafilter machine and is also ideal for milk-based drinks such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.
