Another creation from the Caffè Diemme roaster. This blend is composed of 90% Arabica beans and 10% Robusta. It has a delicate aroma of wild flowers and vanilla, with hints of cocoa. The flavor is slightly sweet and delicate, with an aftertaste of toast and a hint of almond. Its cream has a very thick, homogeneous consistency that lingers on the palate.
Like all Caffè Diemme blends, Prestigio is roasted very gently and slowly at low temperatures.
