In addition to first-class Robustas from Uganda, the Ivory Coast and India, Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia are used in the Barbaro Blu Blend. These ensure an extraordinarily full body and an excellent crema.
There are hardly any acids left, thanks to the long, slow and very dark roasting. The oily, silky sheen on the beans proves this, as the coffee oil it contains comes to the surface of the beans.
Full-bodied espresso coffee, with cocoa, roasted hazelnut and bitter almond flavors.
