Only the best raw beans are used for Grand Cru. They are meticulously selected and roasted using the traditional Trieste method. This means they are neither too light nor too dark. The roasting time is exactly 16.5 minutes. A medium roast, with a velvety, elegant taste. The old master roasters of Trieste used to roast their coffee in this way. The result is a product that is both intense and smooth. A perfect balance has been created. That's why this delicious coffee is just as suited to a cappuccino with milk foam as it is to a simple espresso. Notes of grape and Earl Grey are perceptible on the palate.
