Alps Coffee Crematic is a new highlight in Southern Tirol. It was roasted exclusively for use in fully automatic coffee machines. Alps Coffee employs a very gentle and slow roasting process for its coffee blends so that much of the acid and bitterns are released by the roasted bean. This blend comes best to its own as Caffe Creme or Schümli.

The Alps Coffee Crematic, the special balanced coffee blend with medium-light roast. Soft and aromatic in taste, but above all harmonious due to the long-term roasting, this coffee is especially suitable for the long cup. 70% Arabica beans from Central, South America and East Africa, and 30% Robusta beans from South Asia, convince with mild fruit and notes of pastry.

Assessment: medium-strong, mild coffee, excellent crema, aromatic flavour
