Hand-picked green beans from 7 different countries, including Brazil and Indonesia, are combined to create a unique blend. This coffee has a strong character, coupled with delicate aromas of nuts, chocolate and fruit. Barbera Caffè roasts all varieties of beans separately, gently and slowly, to preserve the characteristic properties of each variety.

The coffee beans are then quickly cooled with cold air instead of water, as is usually the case. This method of air cooling guarantees that the beans preserve their aroma optimally.
