Since 1990, Mr Lollo has been importing and selling green coffee, making him an expert in the best varieties. The creation of his own roasting workshop was a logical consequence, in order to make his know-how and his own demands for excellent coffee a reality. Since then, Ciro Lollo has put his heart and soul into choosing the best raw coffee and creating excellent blends. His meticulous attention to detail and constant desire to refine his products have, among other things, attracted the attention of Michelin-starred chefs. Michelin-starred chef Antonio Cannavacciulo, for example, famous for his preference for simple but quality raw materials, has made Lollo Caffè his favourite coffee.
