A company with people who have an innate passion for coffee, quality and success. The company was founded by Corso Tintori in Florence and successfully managed by the brothers Igino and Corrado Paladini. Today, their nephew Marco Paladini guards the secret coffee blends.

The sophisticated control of the roasting process, with electronic temperature control and air cooling, guarantees coffees of indescribable quality. Caffè Mokarico is a member of the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) and also a co-founder of the Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano (INEI).
Marco Paladini's family has over 100 years of roasting tradition. Since 1984, Marco has raised the profile and successfully led the roastery into today's modern times. His innovative ideas are based on traditions and grown values of his predecessors.
