Quarta Caffè was founded over 60 years ago by Gaetano Quarta. As is often the case in Italy, it all began with a small drum roaster in a bar in the historic centre of Lecce. Today, son Antonio continues his father's passion with his sons Edoardo and Gaetano Quarta. Quarta Caffè is synonymous with quality and passion in Italy. It is one of the best roasting companies in the country.
